They listened and helped me from the start with reviewing the samples, picking the color, and making sure I understood everything before the job began. The initial walk through before the job started really helped. Lucas and the onsite crew were excellent. I recently hired Alpha Pro siding and roofing to do siding on my home. My old siding was in pretty bad shape. when John, the director of sales came, he asked me a lot of questions showed me samples so I could hold it up to the house to see what color I liked. Pierre wanted to make sure we were on the same page. I had met with many contractors for the siding and none were as professional, thorough and courteous as Pierre was. His price was within my budget, And my timeframe. Pierre sent me pictures to show me what my house would look like upon completion. The crew arrived when they said they would be there. They were finished when they said they would be finished. My house looks beautiful. I met with the supervisor the day after work was done because this company wants to make sure you are happy with the results. I was beyond happy I was thrilled!
